I guess it was a Birthday about to be celebrated. I got out my trusty 16 mm movie cameras for the occasion and Mom dressed the girls up in their best. It was about the time we were building an addition to the house. The mason was erecting a chimney and we opted to have him add a black to the mortar for decorative effect. All that black stuff was left on the patio by the bricks for the mason to continue work tomorrow.
Mom said, "Go outside and play but stay --I mean STAY --away from those bricks and other stuff.
The time came to have the celebration--the cake and presents etc. I went outside to take a few candid shots of the girls in their finery. If only you could see the movies now!! Toni got into the soot which was used for coloring the mortar and no matter how she tried to wipe it off, it got worse. I must transfer those precious pictures to a CD so everyone could see these two girls --One is blackened for sure.
Someday I will set up the camera and other equipment to transfer all this 16 and 8mm motion pictures on a cd.
Help!!!

What? Toni got dirty? If stain sticks existed back then, I'm sure she would have whipped one out!
